Suusamyr Raw Mountain Honey
Suusamyr moutain honey conveys the botanical richness of the still preserved environment of the mountains : clean air, bright sun and no chemicals. In spring everything blooms in the mountains : trees, flowers, shrubs and herbs. Honey is harvested from such melliferous plants as Acacia, Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Bird cherry, Wild rose, Honeysuckle, Willow and Primroses. This honey differs from years to years, as the quality of honey depends on the mountain slope. Suusamyr honey is usually very fragrant, delicate, with a moderate floral aroma, strongly tickling nostrils with a very rich sweet fruity taste. It has different colors, but as a rule, from yellow to light brown.
Toktogul Raw Mountain Honey
Toktogul high-mountain plateau in Kyrgyzstan is located at an altitude of 2200 meters with mountain gorge, on the bank of glacial rivers and crystal streams. This area is rich in mountainous forbes. The main herbs that grow in this area are Peppermint, Edelweiss, Oregano, Hawthorn, Barberry and Meadowsweet. The nectar collected by the bees from these herbs endows the honey with healing power.
